Built in the 1930s replacing an existing Royal Oak, this former Ind Coope house has been the Horse and Barge followed by Grand Union, then a period as the St James in Cowley before reverting to the Grand Union and then Runway. Closed in August 2019. Reopened as Karma Lounge in July 2022. Fully refurbished with rear conservatory restaurant. Seating in the bar area is mostly sofas and comfy chairs with low tables. Neck Oil on draught keg but no real ale.
