Minutes of the West Middlesex Camra 2023 Annual General Meeting held at the Forester, West Ealing on the 14 June 2023

1. In the absence of the Chair, Thomas Black, Roy Tunstall (RT) welcomed everyone to the meeting

2. Minutes of the 2022 AGM were agreed.

3. RT gave a review of the year

4. The accounts for 2021/22 were agreed.

5. John Cryne was reappointed as Branch Examiner. Subsequent to the meeting Tony Hedger was appointed as John Cryne indicated he was not available.

6. The following were elected:-

• Branch Chair - Vacant (Thomas Black would remain as acting Chair until he relocated to Nottingham)
• Secretary - Jason Lansbury
• Treasuer - Mike Rust
• Membership - Jon Hart
• David Charlton
• Stephen Gilmour
• Ben Hart
• Llyr Jones
• Bryan Munday
• Phil Portwood
• Roy Tunstall

7. Ellie Eames said she welcomed the opportunity to attend the branch as Regional Director and was still finding her feet.

8. RT thanked everyone for attending and closed the meeting.
