The Star Light replaced Carluccio’s on 2 October in the airside departure lounge at Heathrow Terminal 4. The pub company has operated many pubs at Heathrow over the years but currently the only other is the Crown Rivers at Terminal 5.

On 6 December 1945 Donald Bennett landed the first civil aircraft (a 13 seat Avro 691 Lancastrian), named Star Light (similar to the airplane pictured).
