A licensing application has been submitted to Hillingdon Council to open a new pub at 173 Field End Road in the shopping parade. If approved the pub will be called "The Three Wishes" and will be open daily from 11-11 (midnight Sat & Sun). The application states "We plan a total refurbishment ... including large screens for sporting games and air conditioning for the summer months. It will be a traditional pub with opening hours to reflect this and where families are welcome." The closing date for comments is Thursday 24 September.
