It is understood the Load of Hay in Uxbridge has closed. It is hoped that it will reopen as a pub.

Perivale Farm has reverted to the Myllet Arms.

The carvery remains (with reduced hours). Back are pool and darts, Sky & BT Sports in the "Sports Bar" along with a quiz night on Tuesdays (7-9pm) and occasional live music. The ice cream parlour appears to have melted. There are now two banks of three handpumps on either side of the bar serving IPA, Abbot and a changing beer from Twickenham Fine Ales. To learn more about the history and architecture of the pub, you can download the chapter on the Myllet Arms - part of the The Urban and Suburban Public House in Inter-War England 1918-1939 published by Historic England.
